Apple Cider Shallot Dressing

A tangy, oniony and slightly sweet dressing that is the perfect compliment to just about any salad.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 ½ tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ shallot chopped fine
  • 1 tablespoon chives chopped
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions
 

  • Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl and serve with your favorite salad.

Notes

This recipe dresses about 4 cups of lettuce. Double the recipe for larger salad portions.
