- 12 oz favorite chocolate chips I prefer bittersweet (60%)
- ¼ cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp pumpkin spice blend or more if you're addicted like me (ha!)
- ¼ cup dried currants
- ¼ cup chopped apple chips
- 3 tablespoon chopped pumpkin seeds
- 3 tablespoon chopped sunflower seeds
- flaky sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Using a double boiler, melt the chocolate by stirring until completely dissolved. Then fold in the pumpkin spice.
Pour the chocolate into the center of baking sheet and use a spatula to smooth out to about ⅛ inch thick. You will not fill the baking sheet.
Wait 5 minutes, then begin to sprinkle on all the toppings.
Allow to cool and harden (2-4 hours) before breaking up the bark into pieces.
Store in an airtight container (recommend refrigerating).
I prefer to focus on quality ingredients from a variety of sources that work in tandem to promote optimal health. Nutrition calculations may not reflect these valuable interactions. However, I understand certain values can be helpful to some. Please note these calculations are merely estimates. Values will vary depending on modifications, brands used, and portion size. Should you require specific information, it's best to consult with a dietitian or qualified healthcare provider.
