How To Make The Best Vegan Charcuterie Board

A list of items to include in your vegan charcuterie board, and how to display them.

- rainbow carrots sliced in half
- cherry tomatoes
- broccoli florets
- radishes
- pistachios
- hummus any kind
- vegan cheese
- small oranges mandarin, clementines
- fig jam
- cornishon pickles or any small pickle
- candied walnuts or pecans
- any fresh herbs chopped for garnish
Using the ingredient list above, scatter the food items around the board. Remove cheese from package. Remove any store bought items like hummus or dips from packaging and place them in a smaller bowl in the center of the board. Use a mix of cut up and whole fruits and vegetables to make the board look interesting and artistic.
Drizzle hummus with a drop of olive or avocado oil and garnish it with fresh herbs to add more visual appeal.
Serve with small plates and your favorite beverage.
