Quinoa Crisps

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon olive or coconut oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 F.
  • In a bowl, toss the quinoa with the oil.
  • Spread quinoa out evenly on a baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until crisp, stirring every few minutes to prevent burning.
