Mango, Kale & Coconut Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 & ½ cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 cup chopped kale stems removed
  • cup greek yogurt I use 2% fat
  • ½ cup OJ
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • handful ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Blend all ingredients in a high powered blender.
  • Serve ice cold or in chilled glasses.
