3 Ingredient Vanilla Bean Nice Cream

An easy to make no added sugar, dairy-free frozen dessert treat made with real bananas and vanilla beans.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 bananas ripe, frozen, previously cut into 2 inch circles and left in freezer for at least 12 hours in a ziplock bag or freezer safe tray or use frozen store-bought.
  • ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk you may need more or less to reach desired consistency
  • 1 vanilla bean pod sliced and seeds scraped out

Instructions
 

  • Place bananas in a high powered blender.
  • Add milk and vanilla seeds.
  • Blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
