- 4 bananas ripe, frozen, previously cut into 2 inch circles and left in freezer for at least 12 hours in a ziplock bag or freezer safe tray or use frozen store-bought.
- ¼ cup unsweetened oat milk you may need more or less to reach desired consistency
- 1 vanilla bean pod sliced and seeds scraped out
Place bananas in a high powered blender.
Add milk and vanilla seeds.
Blend until smooth or desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately.
