loaf french baguette sliced
4
oz.
gorgonzola cheese
room temperature
1
small jar fig spread or 2-3 large figs
sliced thin
extra virgin olive oil for drizzling
*honey for drizzling
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place sliced bread onto baking sheet and lightly drizzle oil over bread.
Toast until golden brown 12-15 min.
Allow bread to cool then spread on cheese.
Top with either a small spoonful of fig spread or sliced figs.
*If using fresh figs, drizzle a small amount of honey on top.
