Crispy Roasted Spiced Chickpeas

- 15 oz chickpeas rinsed and drained, patted dry
- ½ teaspoon chili powder blend see notes above
- ¼ teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Rinse and drain chickpeas.
Pat dry between paper towels until completely dry.
Discard any skins that might have fallen off.
In a small bowl combine dry seasonings.
Place chickpeas on baking sheet.
Lightly drizzle chickpeas with olive oil and toss to combine.
Sprinkle chickpeas with seasonings and toss to combine.
Bake for 20 min (stopping to shake the pan every now and then) until crispy.
Sprinkle with extra garlic salt or seasonings to taste while still hot.
