Strawberry Jalapeño Salsa

This Strawberry Jalapeño Salsa is an easy to make appetizer or snack and delicious served with your favorite tortilla chips, tossed into a salad or spooned onto toast. It's vegan + gluten, dairy and oil-free.

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 large ripe strawberries stem removed and diced
  • cup grape or cherry tomatoes diced
  • 2 tablespoon red onion diced
  • ½-1 jalapeño pepper seeds removed and diced (you can add more or less pepper depending on spice tolerance) *see substitution notes above.
  • handful fresh cilantro chopped
  • teaspoon coarse sea salt
  • squeeze of fresh lime juice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a medium size bowl.
  • Toss together, taste and adjust seasonings as desired.
